At HELM Watches, our goal is to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase, and we understand that buying products online without seeing or handling them in person can be tricky.
For that reason, we offer a 5-day examination period with every purchase.
Upon receipt, inspect your purchase carefully. If it's a watch you've purchased, try it on as you would in a retail store; that is, without removing any protective stickers from the case or bracelet and without making sizing adjustments to the bracelet or swapping straps (which could result in scratches to the case or bracelet).
If, within five days of receipt, you change your mind about your purchase or decide you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us to arrange a return for a full refund, less the original shipping charges.
To qualify for a full refund, you must contact us within five days of receiving your order and items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and with any documentation and accessories that were included with the purchase.
Refunds will be issued after our receipt and inspection of the returned items. If an item is returned damaged or with signs of wear that would prevent it from being sold as new, up to 25% of the original purchase price may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be prepaid.
