Most accessory orders are processed and shipped within two days of the purchase, while most watch orders are shipped within one week of the purchase, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase (during holidays, for example). To Africa, South America and some destinations in Asia and Europe, watch orders are shipped via express courier (FedEx or DHL), with a transit time of about 5 to 7 days. Express courier shipments must be delivered to a street address (not a PO box), and a signature may be required upon delivery. To the USA, UK , Australia, Germany and many EU countries, watch orders are shipped via express mail, with a transit time of about 9 to 14 days. If none of the above options are available to your location, we'll select the best alternative or contact you to discuss the options. The shipping fee for watches is US$35.00 per watch. Accessories purchased with a watch are shipped together with the watch at no additional charge.

You should receive an automated confirmation message from PayPal and from our shopping cart system when you complete the checkout process. Within 24 hours, you should also receive a personal order confirmation email from us. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number.
All orders ship from southern China and are labeled with a customs declaration form which includes an accurate description of the contents.
Prices do not include any tax or duty. The buyer is solely responsible for any tax or duty that may be charged by the customs authority at the time of import (as well as any service fees charged by the carrier). Since these charges vary by country (and are not always applied consistently), we're not able to estimate the amount that may be charged. If you're concerned about import fees that may apply to your order, please consult with the customs authority in your country before placing an order.
Lost / Missing / Delayed Packages: If packages disappear en route, which occasionally happens, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Likewise, if a package has significantly exceeded the expected transit time (an indication that it may be lost), we will ensure that you get a replacement or a refund. However, if a package is addressed correctly (using the address details provided by PayPal) and tracking details indicate it was delivered successfully, but the receiver claims it did not arrive or was not delivered, there isn't much we can do. If you have any concern about package theft in your neighborhood, or any concern that a courier may leave your package in an non-secure location, please use a shipping address that will prevent possible problems (such as a work address or an address where someone will be at home to receive the delivery).
